As a licensed art therapist and mental‑health counselor, I believe that you are the expert on yourself. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming, judgment‑free space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings with compassion and empathy. Together we’ll examine the areas where you feel stuck, deepen your mental‑health awareness, and develop a clearer personal understanding. This foundation helps you build healthier routines and cultivate greater self‑compassion. Adaptive coping, is something any adult or child may at some point need support with. I believe clients experiences and responses to sessions are important; as is our building a genuine therapeutic relationship. Therapy with me is a journey taken together.
